Ray Skillman Southside Hyundai continues to grow, and we are in immediate need of a Service Writer. We are Indiana's largest Auto Group, with nearly 24,000 vehicles sold last year, and over 1,000 employees.

Qualifications

• Two years experience at a franchise dealership
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Automotive experience is not required as we'll train the right candidate
• Must have a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a friendly, prompt and courteous manner.
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information.
• Listening carefully to customers concerns and reporting them accurately.
• Determining maintenance needs of vehicle based on age and mileage.
• Preparing repair estimates.
• Monitoring the progress of customers vehicles each day and keeping customers updated of their progress.
• Explaining all work and charges to customers.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
