We are looking for a results driven individual with proven sales experience in the auto repair and maintenance industry. Candidate must possess strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Successful hire should be able to multi-task between phone calls, quotes, and bay management, while keeping up with multiple jobs simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Meet productivity and sales goals by motivating and directing a team of technicians to uphold our excellent service and ethics standards.
• Abide by Meineke's 300% Customer Service Rule
• Open and close store; balance end-of-day sales & cash receipts
• Manage daily sales of automotive repairs, including parts purchases
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Be a shining example of good behavior, cooperation and professionalism
• Attend afterhours quarterly meetings and training sessions

Skills

• At least 3 years successful experience in a management or supervisory role at an automotive repair facility or auto-parts store
• Powerful leadership and negotiating skills to determine best outcomes
• Condfident knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair service
• Competent computer skills and comfortable with changing technology
• Strong organizational, mathematical and grammatical skills
• At least 2 years college degree or alternatively, automotive service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
