Sunmerry Bakery is seeking an Baker Assistant to join our team!

Sunmerry started in Japan and was brought to Taiwan in 1986. With the Japanese baking techniques and local Taiwan flavors, Sunmerry Bakery has become a household name in Taipei. We take pride in our baking expertise and our ability to come up with new products that match the local flavors, and these are what we hope to bring to the US market. Responsibilities/Duties:

• Dough Separation
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Cleaning
• Knowledge in dough proofing, decoration and baking
• Inventory Separation
• Fulfill customer pre-orders as well as well as vendor and central kitchen
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Food Safety Certified
• Previous bakery experience preferred
• Flexible schedule
