Position Info

Supervise the set up of functions to include placement of linens, silver, china and glassware according to event specifications. Visually inspect function rooms and equipment for cleanliness, proper inventory and set-up. Verbally communicate, in a calm, positive demeanor, during the course of the function with the kitchen, service, beverage, convention services, and engineering staffs, as well as the guest host to ensure timely execution of events, quality service, and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations and corporate standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Requires basic computer literacy
• 1 year of banquet experience
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Valid driver’s license, where applicable
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
