Season To Taste in Cambridge is looking for an experienced Bartenders to join the team!

Season To Taste is a chef-owned, welcoming, neighborhood restaurant. We feature locally sourced ingredients that are thoughtfully and consistently prepared, as well as eclectic, thoughtfully curated cocktails, wine, and beer. DESCRIPTION:

The Bartender entertains guests while producing high quality craft cocktails in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The bartender functions to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests by anticipating and attending to their needs in a positive and timely manner. They have an extensive knowledge of traditional cocktails, seasonal ingredients, and creative drinks which they use to make recommendations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails in a fast-paced environment
• Organize bar in a functional manner to support efficient drink production
• Provide excellent customer service while managing drink orders
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items in order to make recommendations to guests
• Connect with guests and learn names of regulars
• Verify identification and age requirements
• Record all orders accurately and enter into POS
• Accept guest payment and process credit card transactions
• Prepare nightly close-out reports and cleaning tasks
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar
• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant or bar manager
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
• Prepare any necessary bar items needed such as garnishes, juices, syrups, and infusions
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of bartending experience
• Have superior knowledge liquor brands and cocktail recipes
• Possess excellent math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register
• Passion for hospitality
• Positive, energetic, and upbeat attitude
• Able to collaborate and work well with others

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
