We are looking for outgoing and energetic people to maintain a Bartenders position. It is a demanding position that takes care of all non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages for every guest that walks in and dines with us. We are looking for those that can:

• Provide a World Class guest experience

• Be in the correct uniform, professional in appearance

• Present a positive and friendly attitude

• Perform opening, running and closing duties

• Assist in greeting and seating guests

• Keep the bar area clean and stocked

• Maintain extensive menu knowledge in order to up-sell, make recommendations and answer guest questions

• Take orders and enter them accurately into a POS system

• Prepare draft, can bottled beers. Correctly open and pour wines and blushes

• Handcraft cocktails by accurately following the recipe

• Handle and deliver food and drinks while maintaining proper health standards

• Answer phones and handle carry out and curbside orders

• Accuranty maintain a cash drawer

• Check ID’s and responsibly serve alcoholic beverages

• Anticipate guests needs

• Handle and Deliver food and drinks while maintaining proper health standards

• Deliver check and complete cash and card payments

• Thank all guests and invite them to return

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must arrive punctually

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

• Must be able to stand and work on feet for minimum 8-10 hour shift

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21

• Must be able to obtain a valid Oklahoma liquor license
