Villa Napoletana is a family-owned fine dining Italian restaurant seeking for experienced Bartenders to join our team! Candidates with at least two years of bartending experience should take the time to read our requirements. Please send us your resume and/or apply in person. At the moment we are currently seeking for bartenders with WEEKEND AVAILABILITY (2-3 shifts).

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests, listening to their beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests
• Taking food/beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
• Checking identification to ensure guests are the legal age to purchase liquor.
• Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
• Providing attentive service to guests such as checking their needs during meals
• Promptly addressing any customer service service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
• Maintaining a clean work station

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant bartender
• T.I.P.S Certified or willing to obtain certification

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
