Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst Licensure

. LBA in the state of WA

• Successful experience designing, monitoring, and adjusting treatment plans, and making appropriate recommendations based on assessment results

• Experience with a variety of traditional assessment tools

• Successful experience creating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) from information obtained from the Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) process

• Expertise in collecting, interpreting, summarizing and reporting information needed at regularly scheduled data and progress meetings

• Experience working collaboratively with traditional Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) members comprised of Psychologists, SLPs, OTs, teachers, etc.

• Ability to supervise aspiring BCBAs and RBTs
