Description:Under the supervision of the team coordinators and B.C.B.A.'s, the Behavior Technician is responsible for the direct care, ABA therapy of clients in the residence and at our center based facility in North Grafton. This includes knowledge and implementation of students’ clinical, educational, vocational, and daily living skills objectives. This position is an entry-level position designed for individuals interested in a career in human service, special education, and/or applied behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
1) Energetic individuals passionate about working with individuals impacted by ASD
2)Organized and able to follow behavior plans
3) Responsible and timely
4) Desires a fun work environment with lots of room to grow
5)Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required
6)Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred but not required

Working with an individual with ASD in their home.
Working with 1 - 3 individuals with ASD in a group social setting
Implementing a behavior plan as instructed by your direct supervisor.
Daily data collection.
Driving based on client's proximity to employee's location (does include mileage reimbursement)
