What you will be doing as a Behavior Technician

• Providing quality 1:1 ABA Therapy in a in-home setting
• Ensuring client consent and dignity by utilizing a hands off play based approach
• Collecting data and implementing individualized behavior and treatment plans for each client
• Collaborating with the clinical team dedicated to enhancing our clients and their family’s independence and quality of life.

What Behavior Technician’s Bring to the Team

• All applicants are welcome- A college degree in any field preferred
• A passion for working with children with ASD and related diagnosis
• An eagerness to be part of a supportive and like-minded company
• Consistency and deep commitment to show up everyday (which includes reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
