(Bilingual Highly Preferred) Emergency Response Staffing to Temporary Shelter in the Chicago Metro Area-

Job Scope-

Jogan Health is staffing a variety of specialties in response to an emergency order in the Chicago Metro Area. These responders will be deployed immediately and assigned to a temporary shelter in the area.

These response professionals are often assigned to EOCs or field sites and backfill or augment staffing for temporary migrant shelters.

The Specialties we are looking for and the Requirements/Experience Needed-

• Shelter Operations Program Manager (1-3 years’ experience in related shelter work and ICS Courses 100/ 200/ 700/ 800 Required) Pay Rate- $60/Hour
• Shelter Manager, Shelter Supervisor, and other Operational Leads (1-3 years’ experience in related shelter work and ICS Courses 100/ 200/ 700/ 800 Required) Shelter Manager Pay Rate- $55/Hour, Supervisors & other Operational Leads $35/Hour
• Social Worker (Bachelor’s Degree in social work from fully accredited University and ICS Courses 100/ 200/ 700/ 800 Required) Pay Rate- $45/Hour
• Registration Intake Specialist I (1-3 years’ experience in related shelter work and ICS Courses 100/ 200/ 700/ 800 Required) Pay Rate- $28/Hour
• Operational Shelter Specialist I (1-3 years’ experience in related shelter work and ICS Courses 100/ 200/ 700/ 800 Required) Pay Rate- $28/Hour
• Registration Intake Specialist II ( >3 years’ experience in related shelter work and ICS Courses 100/ 200/ 700/ 800 Required) Pay Rate- $26/Hour
• Operational Shelter Specialist II ( >3 years’ experience in related shelter work and ICS Courses 100/ 200/ 700/ 800 Required) Pay Rate- $26/Hour
• EMT (Illinois State License Required or Reciprocity License and ICS Courses 100/ 200/ 700/ 800 Required) Pay Rate- $30/Hour
• MHT (CPI License and Spanish speaking Required and ICS Courses 100/ 200/ 700/ 800 Required) Pay Rate- $30/Hour
• Paramedic (Illinois State License Required or Reciprocity License and ICS Courses 100/ 200/ 700/ 800 Required) Pay Rate- $45/Hour

Additional Information Regarding Hours and Services Provided-

• Upon arrival to assignment, the program manager will delegate responders to

Shift A (7am-7PM) or Shift B (7PM-7AM) 7 Days/Week. Overtime is time ½ after 40 Hours/Week. Recruiters DO NOT know your shift assignment ahead of time.

• Your flight, hotel and transportation to and from the facility is provided.
• You are expected to deploy within 24-48 hours.
• This assignment is ongoing and does not have a defined end date at this point.
• Full healthcare benefits, including vision is offered and come into effect on the first of the month after your start date.
