Position Overview

As a Bilingual Resettlement Coordinator, you will assist the C&S Resettlement Program Manager (CSRP) to ensure the smooth functioning of the C&S Resettlement Program. You will lead the immigration process for the candidates and ensure all required paperwork and/or applications are completed and submitted to USCIS on time.
Full Time, Hybrid Role
Flexible on the location: Based near any warehouse facility in PA, FL, TX, or Edison NJ
Job Description
You will contribute by:
- Assist refugees/humanitarian immigrant employees with resettlement and relocation activities including immigration, housing, transportation, etc.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure timely and effective information sharing regarding upcoming appointments, deadlines, and other aspects of their resettlement process.
- Responsible for the administrative needs of the program, including data and document maintenance.
- Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish.
- Travel Required: No

We’re searching for candidates with:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience with handling refugee resettlement .
- Extensive knowledge of G-mail, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytic and organizational skills.
- Prior experience working with an immigration law firm is preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency (oral and written) is required.
- The ideal candidate will also have had prior experience working with immigrants.
