Job Description – Billing/AP Clerk
Title
- Billing/AP Clerk
Responsibilities
- Hybrid position spanning billing and accounts payable
- Assist billing with daily processing
- Validate delivery receipts
- Prepare daily gross profit reports for branch review
- Invoice processing
- Freight processing
- LTL/Parcel Invoices/ Truckload
- Direct shipment processing
- Assist accounts payable as needed with three-way match
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong Excel knowledge with ability to learn advanced Excel functionality
- Comfortable with a changing, fast paced environment
- High degree of integrity including ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Epicor Prophet 21 preferred but not required
- Familiarity with UPS bills and website is helpful
Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- Hybrid position, remote and office
- No overtime
