Responsibilities:
Generate client invoices of behalf of all assigned Partners and Managers- Time and expense WIP transfers between clients
- Client and project set ups per the Company’s policies and standards
- Provide financial reporting to Partners and Staff, upon request
- Provide client WIP write off and carry over WIP balance explanations to the management team
- Update client contact information
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates Degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years prior related work experience
- Professional demeanor

- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards deadlines
