Job description

DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire a Billing Specialist in our Olathe, KS office! This individual will perform high-volume billing functions and administrative tasks. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of one year office experience is preferred!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for verifying and processing daily invoices for multiple customers
  • Provide administrative support within the department
  • Review daily shipping notifications and purchase orders
  • Processes billing transactions in a timely and productive manner
  • Ensure all material costs are correct on each sales order
  • Audit job costs entered in the billing system and printed on tentative registers, to assure costing is in line with the billed amount
  • Meets production goals and month end processing requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Practice efficient time management in order to stay on task
  • Need to be well organized in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • One (1) year office experience
