What will I be doing?

• Participating in and leading treatment team meetings

• Conducting assessments

• Developing treatment plans

• Supervising direct care staff to ensure quality treatment

• A flexible schedule is important for this role, and allows you to have control over your session planning

• Ability to work independently and manage time well

• Ability to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals

Qualifications:

• MA degree in a related field with board certification as a BCBA

Or

• MA degree in a related field as a BCaBA

• 2 years’ relevant experience in mental health, social work, psychology is preferred

BCBA will work out of Harrisonburg clinic as well as in the community. Referrals currently in Page County (Luray, Shenandoah, Stanley and surrounding areas) as well as in Harrisonburg.

• Sign on bonus disbursement schedule to be discussed at time of interview.
