Description:

• Book cargo reservations
• Coordinate between airlines and ground handling agents regarding cargo
• Maintain accurate files in Microsoft Excel
• Communicate with other Apex employees via phone call and email
• Assist with other duties as requested by management

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Full-Time (5 days per week)
• Occasional weekend availability

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience with ground handling and cargo reservation
• Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese preferred, but not required
