You will be joining a growing, fast paced Software company. In this role you will be entering and managing AR/AP with Quickbooks and assisting external sales executives. Reporting to the President of FastTrack Software US, your responsibility will be bookeeping, sales support and direct assistance to the President.

Your day to day will consist of:

• Processing new and renewal sales orders.
• Entering Purchase Order, Invoices, receivables, managing credit card orders.
• Assisting sales with renewal quote generation,

As the successful applicant, you must be:

• Experienced using Quickbooks for Purchase orders, invoice creation, entering credit card transations. Quickbooks online is a plus.
• Enthusiastic in your interest of Information Technology industry
• Proven ability to work remotely, independently and with little management oversight.
• Confident using technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
