MRC Mechanical, LLC is looking to immediately employ an in-house bookeeper/administrative assistant. Primary responsibilities will be job costing/coding, accounts payable, and accounts receivable using Quickbooks Online. Additional administrative responsiblities include time-keeping, securing business licenses/job permits and other clerical tasks. This is a full-time position in the Pelham/Riverchase area. This position requires a motivated person that excels working independently. Knowledge of construction a plus but not required. Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
