Resaleworld is looking for aBookkeeper to join our team! This is a part-time position and hours are flexible. Most likely between 20 - 25 hours per week once you are accustomed to our operations.
We currently use Quickbooks as our central accounting system so you must be very proficient. We have very little A/R and A/P.
Also, we use Paychex payroll. If you have used Paychex before, that would be a plus. Please indicate in your cover letter or resume whether you have experience or not.
We have an internal CRM system which directly exports information into Quickbooks.
We have a large amount of consumable items that we inventory. It will be your responsibility to track and assure that we maintain an appropriate amount of inventory for sale.
Use of Excel is required so please indicate whether you have experience.
You will be trained by our retiring accountant on all the processes related to the business.
There are no health benefits, PTO or 401K benefits with this position as it is PT. We are located close to the Florida Mall on Sand Lake Rd. If you live on the north side of Orlando, please be aware of your commute time.
This position could turn into a hybrid work position (office/home) in the future.
