Bookkeeper / Office Assistant
Job description
The person who fills this position will work closely with the office manager, but will also be responsible for other office duties. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience working in a high-volume environment and who enjoys interacting with others. A little creativity is also a good thing, as this job includes creating special, promotional materials for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Work in an office setting.
- Be available at a specific place of employment.
- Be available at certain times.
- Use a computer and other office equipment.
- Locate and use files and records.
- Comply with established policies and procedures.
- Be able to work independently and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Ensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner.
