Bookkeeper-QuickBooks Advisor Tampa & Leesburg FL
Small Accounting firm servicing clients throughout the United States looking for a full-time Bookkeeper/QuickBooks Advisor that is well versed with basic accounting principles.
The ideal candidate would have the following

- QuickBooks Experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
Under managerial direction, this candidate will perform a variety of accounting tasks including financial data entry, month end close, reconciliation of bank, credit and investment accounts, invoicing, payroll and bookkeeping. Candidate will be working with confidential documents and must maintain a level of professionalism.
Candidates Should Have:
- 2 plus years' experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks software (Certification a plus)
- Invoicing experience/knowledge (AP/AR)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Tax experience/knowledge (PTIN) is a Plus but not required
- High School Diploma or Higher required
-Full-Time Hours M-F- 9:00am-5:00pm
-Bank reconciliation, Month end close, Sales tax, payroll experience
-Excellent Office Environment
-Competitive Salary - Based on Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
