- Handle and deposit all money.
- Handle all transactions for activity accounts including check requests and gifts to the School Board.
- Assist with school capital outlay and activity budgets.
- Disburse petty cash for activity and board accounts.
- Collect student project money, fines for lost textbooks, yearbook orders and receipts.
- Complete monthly and yearly reports to the Education Service Center.
- Provide front counter assistance to students, staff and parents as needed.
- Assist on switchboard to relieve others during breaks.
- Provide support for transportation arrangements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required.
- Good people skills to work with students, staff and parents.
- Must have good number and math aptitude.
- Excellent knowledge and experience handling money, making bank deposits and record keeping skills.
- Excellent knowledge and experience operating a calculator and computer that includes Word, Excel and Skyward systems.
- Able to multi-task with interruptions.

8 hours per day plus 30 minutes of unpaid lunch, 45 weeks per year
$20.38 to $24.12 per hour plus benefits based on the current salary schedule for office employees
