We are currently seeking a Commission Only Branch Manager, Recruiting for our fast growing boutique recruiting firm.

In this role, you will receive $200/month for the following responsibilities:

- Quick daily check-ins with team

- Provide recruiting plans and strategy for roles

- Troubleshoot any roadblocks for the team

- Keep the process going to get roles filled

This role is an on call role and you may have another job, as well that does not compete with our firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications (potentially)
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule (potentially)
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $36,883.00 - $75,000.00 per year
