Summary
The Brand Marketing Manager will manage the development and support the execution of the PM Pediatric Care brand strategy and annual integrated plans to build brand awareness and drive volume and growth.
Description
  • Manage the brand strategy development for PM Pediatric Care, developing strategies and plans that drive brand equity and growth. This includes content development, media strategy, and partnerships.
  • Develop, track and report on media. This will include “national” brand campaigns that will be part of and always on media plan and new regional media campaigns as needed for new or soft locations.
    • Reporting should be given a regular cadence, and results should be digestible and actionable
    • Reporting should tie back to business objectives to ensure that marketing efforts are meeting company goals/expectations
  • Manage and execute inspiring and effective Brand campaigns and activations, collaborating with key leaders as needed. This may include Clinical Operations, IT, etc.
  • Lead the development of brand toolkits as well as best in class creative, enabling brand consistency and flawless execution
  • Collaborate with PR/Communications + Sales leads to ensure a unified execution of the brand across all channels of communication.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in marketing/brand management/account management/project management, preferably in-house within healthcare, retail or CPG industry
  • Proven experience handling and/or understanding the full mix of marketing disciplines: consumer research/insights; brand/marketing strategy development; advertising development; media planning and execution; digital/social media marketing; PR/Events. Should also have experience with non-traditional ways to reach consumers
  • Success as an innovative marketing professional who has developed unique solutions to problems; able to demonstrate a disruptive mindset
  • Experience taking a non-traditional, grassroots approach to building values-based brands
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train supervisory and management staff in the department. This may include:
    • Marketing Agency Partners - i.e. Media, Creative, etc.
    • Marketing Assistant/Patient Experience Marketing Coordinator
