Job description
- Fairfield Inn & Suites in Bloomsburg is seeking a part time breakfast host to work weekends.
Job Summary:
- Set up the hotel breakfast area so that all items are prepared for immediate use by hotel guests in a timely manner. This would Include, but not limited to, all food items; dining cleanliness and preparation; condiments; paper and plastic products and overflow seating.
- Maintain proper food levels, temperatures, food safety and quality on buffet at all times. Refreshing food items throughout the shift; food items pulled forward to ensure proper rotation and quality and properly replenished.
- Provide guest service that is prompt, courteous and professional at all times while maintaining a positive rapport with guests and outside vendors.
- Assist A/GM as needed.

- To be a successful breakfast host an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
