Job description
You'll lead the team operating a custom 6BBL system for pub brewing and local wholesale. Over the past 16 years, our line-up includes award-winning flagship brews and lots of seasonals, which are decided on our whims, mood, and/or thirsts.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the usual suspects
- Scheduling
- Inventory
- Brewing
- Transfers
- Yeast management
- Filling
- Wholesale, etc.
Qualifications:
- Your experience leading people is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Interest in distilling is a big plus.
Good wages, vacation, and performance bonuses once you prove yourself. Heck, maybe even a hot springs or ski pass for the right person.
