Job description

**Description: 1099 Cable Installer position installing Xfinity customers with TV, Internet, wifi, and phone services. We cover tap to an outlet and are responsible for the signal, craftsmanship, and most importantly customer service/education on each job. No experience is needed, but must have great people skills, be technically savvy, and be proficient with hand tools. We will train if needed.

**Scheduling: Daily shift is 8a-7p, 5 or 6 days/wk and you choose your off day (Saturday's required). The quota is built two weeks in advance year-round. Scheduling is very important and any time off must be submitted two weeks in advance to prevent hindering the quota.

**Tools required: Truck/Van equipped to carry 28' ladder, CPE, cable supplies, and wire. Basic cable prep tools, drills, safety PPE, XM meter, Howler meter, and an apple phone or iPad. (Truck and Tool assistance available to qualified candidates)

**Insurances required: General Liability insurance and Workers Comp/Accidental Occupational insurances are required.

**Compensation: Piece-Rate paid out on a per-job basis. Payout is weekly. The average weekly bring home is $1350/wk after expenses for experienced techs. The newer techs (less than 6 months) bring home anywhere from $700-$1000/wk after expenses (your skillset, discipline, hard work, and motivation will dictate your pay).

**Onboarding: We're hiring immediately after you clear a Drug Screen and a Criminal Background Check.
