ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Day Habilitation service plan development for all individuals attending the program
- Maintain confidential records of all consumers who participate in the program
- Coordination of all behavioral data including: reviewing behavioral data, entering data into database, providing feedback to program staff regarding quality and quantity of behavioral data
- Completion of monthly progress notes for all psychology service support plans and review of all monthly progress notes for accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in human service related field and/or five years experience in the field of human services
