What is a budtender?

the frontline person who meets the patient first and is able to help with selecting the desired and best marijuana products for them.

A Glimpse into Your Day –

Essential Functions:

create a memorable experience with each guest during your scheduled shift

Maintain proper stock levels, flow of patients, and cleanliness of your workstation

Create and promote brand loyalty with each patient

Create a positive work environment, upsell

Cover other positions as needed

Ability to resolve problems effectively and within compliance standards

· You process transactions through the POS (point-of-sale) system, loyalty points database, inventory control system and other technology driven platforms utilized by the retail outlet.

· You uphold all policies, procedures, and security protocols by adhering to the ACC employee manual and policies.

Job Requirements:

· Must be 18 years of age.

· Must pass background check and reference checks.

· High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as agreed upon

Preferred Experience:

· Minimum 2 years in service-related industry.

· Cannabis experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 per hour
