What Your Day Will Look Like: The majority of your day will involve acting in a lead capacity, scheduling, training assigned employees, and supervising/evaluating the work of assigned custodial employees within the high school. Additionally, you will perform or request maintenance work on the building, grounds, and equipment, and serve as the first point of contact related to grounds-related needs. In this role, you will work closely with the High School Administration and Building Services Coordinator to determine maintenance and budget needs for the building and grounds.

Work is generally performed in an independent manner. In general, maintains building security and the physical plant in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of them may be made at all times.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch). Some evening and weekend hours are required.
