Burn Boot Camp is looking for people who are passionate about creating an environment that leads to people reaching their goals through building relationships, selling memberships, and day-to-day interactions at the front desk. Burn Ambassadors play a critical role at Burn Boot Camp as the first contact with our new and current members. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can deliver an exceptional experience to all of our members and uphold Burn Boot Camp's high standards. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical or offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and build a strong sense of community at your Burn location.
- Work the front desk for camps and execute an elite client experience while also performing tasks related to upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of the facility
- Greet everyone who enters the studio with energy and a high five
- Utilize CMR program to follow up on prospective members and leads
- Set the team up for success by properly preparing and communicating goals for the day, including prepping trainers for first-time visitors and progress on team goals.
- Mindbody responsibilities will include data integrity as it relates to contracts and members account info, new retail SKU entry, updated billing information, inventory management
- Remerchandise the retail center based on direction set forward in the protocol
- Handle member concerns in a professional manner
- Capture content for social media and engage with
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of members
- Must be a high producer in autonomous working situations and a self-motivator
- Able to quickly learn and navigate software systems and maintain records
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written communication.
- Have a high level of understanding of social media
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized while having high attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive, motivating, and practical interpersonal communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
