Business Analyst to support the Lead Change Facilitator with guidance, research, expertise, documentation, and relationship building for a Clinical Trials customer who is rolling out a new eSource platform.

3+ years of experience is preferred but meeting the requirements in the Experience/Skills section is more important than number of years. Any experience with electronic data collection in the medical/clinical field is a plus.

During design sessions, the primary role of the Business Analyst will be to understand and document the new process that allows nurses to enter data electronically instead of manually and supporting back-office processes as needed. They will consider the nurse’s real-time support requirements and will actively participate in conversations in order to develop future state documentation that can be re-used in conversations to lead further training and discussions. This future state documentation will go beyond the drafting of obvious, new protocols and will capture policies and procedures that would be secondarily and consequentially be impacted by change.

As-is documentation will be leveraged as appropriate and used as a check to reduce instances of missing details. The analysts will write the current state documentation so that existing employees and managers will recognize the process, allowing them to assess, based on future state documentation, what the change is to the roles, policies, and procedures.

Salary: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
