Responsibilities:

• Streamline data management and processes for Studio Tech engagement initiatives, from listservs and swag distribution to broader organizational performance measurement
• Share insights and maintain monthly reporting for user engagement across Studio Tech’s learning platforms and key programs
• Coordinate planning, align stakeholders, execute logistics, and provide day-of-event support for key org-wide strategic events
• Plan logistics and coordinate speaker slate for recurring internal initiatives (e.g. new hire welcome week, team project showcase, mentorship program)
• Help produce strategic briefs, one-pagers, and presentation decks to cultivate stakeholder buy-in on key projects
• Manage population data and project milestones for ongoing efforts to streamline team members’ hybrid work experience
• Provide additional communications and organizational support as needed for priority strategic initiatives
