Role Summary
Business Analyst, IT Professional Services reports directly to the reports directly to the Director, Service Delivery Management, and focuses on ensuring services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients with the highest quality, in the most efficient ways; financially, the organization recognizes revenue effectively. The role works closely with practice leadership, Project Management Office leadership, project managers, consultants, and Finance. This position provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with subject matter experts at various levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Professional Services Automation tool, including day-to-day and future enhancements (10-%15% time commitment)
- Business process optimization for organizational excellence within the Professional Service department
- Key liaison between the Finance organization, including monthly and quarter-end alignment, for the Professional Services Organization (30%-time commitment)
- Assist with the delivery of earned revenue forecast as needed
- Assist with cross-practice order management systems alignment with Finance, sales operations, and practice leadership as needed
- Manage cross-practice sales and marketing collateral alignment interlock with marketing, sales operations, and practice leadership
- Develop and manage Consulting and Professional Services delivery and Quality Assurance program
- Develop and manage Consulting and Professional Services client satisfaction measurement and reporting program
- Manage knowledge management process and systems
- Work closely with practice leadership to develop and manage the skills, competencies, training, and certifications management program
- Provide performance metrics to Professional Services practice leadership (20%-time commitment)
- Lead overall service delivery improvement programs by working closely with practice leadership
Qualifications
- Three plus years’ work experience in service delivery or service operations support role
- Experience working with PSA systems in a consulting service delivery environment
- Extremely strong financial reporting and management skills
- Journal entry and P&L experience a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in working with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in resource management and forecasting
- An interest in, and comfort with, technical concepts related to information security
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in professional experience
