Job description
Thrivewell Tech seeks to fill the position of Business Architect responsible for understanding business strategy and translating into operational requirements through process mapping, business and financial analysis, and systems analysis. The Business Architect will be expected to lead organizations through strategy execution, operational implementation, continuous process improvement, and value enhancements.

· Knowledge of Senior Healthcare and EMR systems preferred
· Familiarity with ASQ principals and process methods

Additional Notes
· Someone who can act as from the business side as the SME and system admin. Also help navigate their architecture, understand their requirements and guide their technology decisions and own (be the central point for implementation). This person can leverage the HR team for their business knowledge but must be a lead that can navigate the vendor discussions and help move their digital journey forward.
· Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
· Incumbents function as a liaison between HR and users and have both business and technical expertise. Also, act as a SME of support software applications within area of focus (Healthcare and HR).
· Attend and participate in internal and external meetings. Prepare and submit business cases for budgetary recommendations and requests. Work on behalf of internal and external clients with vendors. Monitor trends and recommend actions. Identify and recommend end-user training. Create and maintain training curriculum development and evaluation; develop training materials and provide user training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
