Job description
This position will be responsible for recruiting, training and retaining sales staff. You will hire, orient and advise our sales employees.
Many backgrounds will be suited to this position. It's very much a personality drive position. The more people oriented you are, the better you will do.
We prefer you to be a people person that enjoys talking to, teaching and directing others. We prefer you be the kind of person that desires to help others be more successfu. We prefer that you be a well spoken professional person that can attract taken to our company.
Our pay for this position is a base wage with a 2 tier bonus for each successful recruit. These bonus payments are very generous and let you share in the reward of attracting talent.

You will have your own office in a building with only occasional visitors. Most days you will be the only employee in this office building.
