Job Role: Business domain consultant |ONLY LOCAL GC/USC |

Location: Minneapolis, MN - Day One Onsite

Client: LTI Mindtree

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex client engagements to identify, analyze, and solve business problems utilizing IT digital solutions.
  • Steer client conversations related to smart manufacturing & other industry focus areas and help clients understand the benefits and potential pitfalls of implementing these technologies in their operations.
  • Utilize extensive domain knowledge to understand and analyze client business requirements, and design and develop business processes and workflows that optimize business operations and drive business value.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to clients to provide thought leadership and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and deliver client-facing presentations and facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure client adoption and success.
  • Participate in the development of intellectual property, including methodologies, frameworks, and tools, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the consulting practice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or engineering.
  • Around 10-15 years of relevant industry and consulting experience, with a strong focus on utilizing IT digital solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Good understanding of forestry industry value chain processes from forest management, timber harvesting & transportation to the production of various products like lumber, engineered wood products, wood pellets, and other biomass products with deep expertise in paper mills production processes, technologies, workflows, and challenges.
  • Good understanding of KPIs impacting the performance of paper mills' production & operations and EHS metrics.
  • Well-versed with technologies used in the paper mill industry, digital opportunities & ground reality of digitization in the industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform data analysis and develop recommendations and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead client engagements and manage a team of consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
