First Keystone Community Bank, an independently owned community bank with over 155 years of experience in banking and serving our local communities, is recruiting a full-time Business Deposit Specialist to meet the deposit and merchant service needs of business and municipal customers in the Stroudsburg/Bethlehem market areas. This position is based out of our office located at 559 Main St., Stroudsburg. The ideal candidate will be a positive, pro-active, problem solving, team player, willing to hold themselves accountable.

Responsibilities:
Develops and continually updates a calling program designed to make proposals for complete deposit programs to assist businesses and municipalities with their comprehensive deposit product needs.

Builds relationships with current and prospective clients in order to understand how and where a company receives its deposits, how it stores and disburses funds and how it invests and manages its cash balances.

Creates comprehensive deposit programs to meet the collection, investment, information and payment needs of current and prospective clients.

Develops and maintains Cash Management Services program, including but not limited to ACH Origination, Merchant Card services, Remote Deposit Capture services, Lock Box services, respond to RFPs, Sweep Account services, Rate Increases, Internet Banking, Wire transfer services, assist CSR in collecting information needed to open Business Deposit accounts.

Provides sales information on a timely basis in order that this information may be included as part of customer service and sales performance reports.

Monitors individual sales performance versus objectives on a regular basis; discusses performance with appropriate supervisor on a frequent basis.

Serves as a member of the bank's sales team, e.g., Community Office Managers, Commercial Lenders; makes individual and group sales calls where these types of calls will improve the opportunity for new business development.
