Paxton Marketing is seeking individuals with a drive to SUCCEED in our Business Development center. This is an entry level position with an opportunity for growth! Paying up to $40,000/yr for qualified candidates including commissions and bonuses.

Part Time & Full Time Positions Available!

This position requires no experience and paid training will be provided. Must be able to work some weeknights and weekends as needed!

Job Description

Our agents in our Business Development Center hold the following responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone calls to customers & meet daily quotas for automotive sales events.
• Answer customer inquiries for automotive sales events.
• Handling digital messaging to potential customers for automotive sales events.
• Set appointments for customers of our clients for automotive sales events.
• Multi-tasking with daily responsibilities/tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Excellent Phone Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management
• High School Diploma
• Sales experience is a plus!

• Decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated
• Highly organized
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $54,000.00 per year
