This is a work from home, outside sales position.
The Regional Remote sales position will be supporting the Seattle Metro and Tacoma regions.

Your Impact
- Collaborate with operational leaders to execute on strategic plans
- Increase patient referrals to Hanger Clinic by building a robust referral network
- Connect Hanger Clinic with the local healthcare community
- Bridge communication gap between Hanger Clinicians and referring healthcare providers
- Develop, expand, and maintain genuine relationships healthcare providers
- Execute on marketing campaigns to build brand awareness
- Provide insights for improved referral processes and opportunities related to increase market share
- Keep operational partners aware of changes in marketplace

Required
BA/BS or an equivalent combination of education and experience required- 2-4+ years of experience in professional sales preferred healthcare industry
- A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Policies
- Ability to be credentialed at major hospitals

Preferred
Degree in life sciences or marketing preferred- Medical industry sales preferred
- Strong sales and clinical orientation
- Experience building relationships with healthcare providers
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to drive company initiatives through colleagues / peers
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Additional Success Factors:
- Medical sales experience to include: theraputic sales, home health sales, hospice sales, etc. with a focus on selling services rather than products/devices is strongly preferred
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to operate independently in a self-directed manner
- Ability to cultivate customer relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to communicate persuasively both orally and in writing
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
- Reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to client locations
