Your responsibilities

This individual is responsible for the maintenance, development and enhancement of business and product related services as well as database management. Customer focused interaction with Procurement, Sales, Quality, Analytics, and Operations is essential for success in this position.

• Provide technical support for SAP System (RMAS)
• Provide field support with ad hoc reports upon request.
• Update monthly, quarterly and annual BI reports
• Maintain primary database as well as supporting tables, functions, and stored procedures
• Liaison between IT and business as it relates to projects, system improvements, and maintenance
• Provides technical support to facility users when needed
• Responsible for operational BI Functions (Reporting / Data Processing)
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual business process improvements
• Support hardware, software, and infrastructure warehouse needs
  • Desktops, Laptops, Printers, IOT / Tablets / Smart devices / Scan guns
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual hardware inventory processes
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual hardware disposal and recycling processes
• IT Vendor / 3rd party IT liaison
• Provide technical assistance and management for technical projects
• Provide internal custom built software application support
• Assist in global and local digital initiatives
• Must be flexible, be on call, and provide weekend support when required
• Assist other team members with other responsibilities as required
• Meets TKMNA employee attributes and competencies

Your profile

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma, some college
• RMAS (SAP) experience. 2 years
• Possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
• Be proficient with MS Office products (Office suite, power platform, Teams, SharePoint).

Preferred Requirements:

• Associates / bachelor’s degree in software development / computer science
• Power Platform Knowledge / certification
• A+ certification, PMP (Project Management) certification
• SQL (management & development) knowledge
