THE ROLE:

FloSports is looking for an experienced person to lead our technology side of our Business Systems team, who work across the organization to lead transformational change and own strategic projects that help the organization meet our company goals. This includes translating business needs into systems solutions, defining objectives and priorities for the team, assisting in the evaluation for how the solution will positively impact the business, and ensuring measurable results are being met. The Business Systems team is focused on assisting with process improvement, tool implementation, system administration and maintenance. Our ideal candidate will have solid experience with translating business needs into business systems and experience working closely with a team culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and empowerment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, scope, and deliver operationally business system projects across the organization which align with strategic company goals
• Recognize and frame business systems opportunities in a structured, analytical way to clearly communicate options, risks, and trade-offs
• Analyze technical inefficiencies and identify the largest areas of opportunities to scale the company
• Collaborate with teams to drive change by identifying and implementing the best ways of working with business systems across the organization
• Work closely with project teams, ensuring key milestones are met and benefits are met
• Contribute to every stage of the SDLC, including appropriately scoping technical tickets from gathered requirements, building solutions in sandboxes, testing your solution with stakeholders, and successfully migrating those solutions to our Production environment
• Identify bottlenecks in systems and identifying the largest areas of opportunity to scale how the company operates

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent at documentation and technical process mapping
• Strong background in systems and database management with at least 3 years of experience with the Salesforce.com platform
• Able to seek define systems solution from business requirements and communicate these solutions in terms that all levels of staff will understand
• Analytically driven and comfortable leveraging multiple reporting tools to support decision making
• Experience in vendor requisition and evaluation for build-or-buy solutions
• Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, building consensus across the organization, and working closely with leadership
• Ruthless prioritizer that is comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited direction and simultaneous projects
