Flexible + Active Full-Time Mother’s Helper NEEDED for 2 boys (22 months + 3 years) in* Santa Monica!* You will work* 40 hours a week* (Mon-Fri) between the hours of 8am – 6pm (based on family’s needs) – flexibility is KEY! Rate is $30-35/hr gross on payroll. Both mom and dad work part-time at home and part-time outside the home. They are looking for a wonderful mother’s helper to join their parenting team. Mom’s schedule is flexible though she does have regular obligations so childcare duties will be shared with her, and household duties will include* cooking/meal prep (family is vegan,* so basic plant-based recipes, e.g. grains, beans, veggies), family laundry, dishes, occasional errands (e.g. taking the car to get washed, pickup grocery order, drop off dry cleaning), and light housekeeping/tidying (they have a housekeeper for the deep cleaning).
The ideal candidate is cheerful, calm, warm, playful but good at setting boundaries, punctual, detail-oriented, and innately helpful. All candidates must be fully vaccinated and boosted for* Covid 19 and willing to wear a mask when inside the house, current on Tdap/MMR, and willing to get an annual flu shot.* This is a lovely family with charming kids and a peaceful, organized household.
