Loro Addison is coming soon, training begins November 28! We are hiring for Butchers to join our team! In this role, you will serve as vital member of our kitchen team to create amazing dining experiences for our guests. Hiring events will be hosted inside of the restaurant at 14999 Montfort Dr, Dallas, TX 75254. Parking is available on-site.
We offer a range of $17-$18 for this position.
What you'll do in this role:
- Prepare proteins for smoking
- Assist Pit Lead and Team with pit operations, loading and unloading smokers, and maintaining fires
- Cook delicious food for an emerging restaurant concept
- Learn new cooking techniques in a fun and collaborative environment.
- Work with the highest quality ingredients
- Build teamwork and trust with your fellow kitchen teammates
- Have a good time with good people
