CAD Technician (Revit)

Curt Hofer & Associates is looking for a full-time draftsman. This person will design and draw building plans for high-end residential homes that comply with our customers desires, applicable building codes and building practices using current drafting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of technical drawings and plans using primarily Revit
• Generation of construction documents
• Ensuring that designs comply with architectural/municipal requirements
• Keeping current with building codes and building practices
• Maintaining knowledge/proficiency of Revit / AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Sharing ideas and problem solving in a team environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years Revit experience required
• 2+ years AutoCAD experience related to architecture preferred
• Residential experience preferred
• Associate Degree, preferably in Architecture (combination of education and experience will be considered)
• Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and able to work independently & cross-functionally
• Detail-oriented, possessing the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
