Baskin-Robbins in Wingfield Springs is looking for talented and creative cake decorators. Hours are flexible to your schedule.
The responsibilities of a cake decorator include prepping materials and your station, creating and maintaining stock of cakes and other desserts, taking special orders and communicating to customers, creating cakes beyond their expectations. Making sure your designated cake decorating area is clean and organized at all times is required.
Baskin-Robbins has recently begun accepting credit card tips. Customers have been very generous and employees have been receiving both cash and card tips. It has made a huge difference in paychecks. Other benefits include paid training, a fun work environment, creative expression, a generally happy customer base, and the ability to self manage.
