Job description
Westaff is looking for call center associates to work with one of our clients in either St. Louis Park or Coon Rapids. Experience required. This is a direct hire role!
Monday - Friday
8am-5pm
$18-22 per hours DOE.
Collectors are responsible for:
- Contacting family members, personal representatives, and attorneys to gather estate information
- Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency
- Follow established policies and procedures
- Meeting collection goals and productivity standards
- Preserving confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Computer proficiency
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service background required
- Two years of collection experience strongly preferred.
