Job Summary:
We are searching for polite, professional Collections Representatives to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone. Collections Representative Agents may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
Responsibilities:
  • Target Hire Date: May 22nd, 2023.
  • Required work schedule is Monday - Friday , 8:00am - 4:30pm.
    • Required to work 1-2 Saturdays per month from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
  • Paid Training is 90 DAYS ONSITE Monday - Friday , 8:00am - 4:30pm.
  • Work at Home evaluated after 90 days onsite.
  • Representatives place outbound calls to debtors regarding outstanding debt and collect on aged debt.
  • Handling business to business calls involving taking payments and setting up payment plans.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards.

Skills Requirements:
  • At least 6 months or more Collections experience preferred.
  • 1+ or more years of previous Call Center experience and strong Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent voice quality and present a professional demeanor and ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives.

Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects.
  • Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
