Full Job Description
The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for qualifying eligibility for an Automatic Standby Generator and setting appointment with customers. We are looking for self-motivated, high-energy individuals to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze preliminary leads to evaluate whether a home may qualify for an Automatic Standby Generator.
- Coordinate sales appointments between customers and sales consultants.
- Provide additional information to the customer as requested.
- Provide professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Manage and maintain several CRM databases to ensure they are accurate.
Qualifications & Experience
- Entry level customer service/scheduling position.
- Exemplary communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Call center/sales experience is a plus.
- Good organization skills a must.
